Stepping Stone Housing Inc. has expanded our offerings in Lincoln County with the purchase a new property in Waldoboro! Our new property has two buildings, a mobile home/trailer and a small cottage. Volunteers and Board members were hard at work throughout September and October getting the larger of the properties ready for new Stepping Stone tenants. Our next project is the more extensive renovation of the smaller building on the property which we hope will serve a couple or a small family early Spring of 2023.
