In 2022 we purchased a property in Waldoboro that had two structures, a mobile home and a small cottage.  We were able to make some cosmetic and small changes to the mobile home and get a family in there rather quickly.  The small cottage ended up to be a much larger project.  There were so many structural issues with the building that we essentially have had to rebuild the entire cottage from scratch and a much higher cost than anticipated.  However, we hope to have tenants in this building before the end of 2023.
